  • What is Rockitz?

    Rockitz provides a payment solution that can be used anywhere in the world, we provide both physical and virtual cards.

  • Are there any fees?

    We don’t charge you for your card but there are fees associated with using the card, here is a breakdown below:


    • Replacement Card Fee                    £4.99
    • Monthly Card Fee                              £2.50
    • ATM Withdrawal                                 Free

  • I can't access the app, what should I do?

    Check you have the most recent version of the app.  If you do not please download the most recent version and try to login again.  

    If still you can not access the app then please click on “reset my password” and follow the steps in app – once changed if you have access then great you are good to go.

  • I have lost my card, please help!

    No problem we are on hand 24/7, you can either freeze your card in app (and unfreeze if you find it) or speak to one of the Rockitz team by calling us or using our live chat to instantly block the card and issue a replacement.

  • How can I top up my card?

    Easy, access you account and simply click on “top my card up” – add the amount you want to add and then pay using your preferred payment method.  Funds will instantly show on your account and you can begin spending right away.
